There's something special about meditating to music, especially when you are joined by others who share the same passion.
Joining a Welcoming Community 🌼🌱🌎🤸
If you followed my previous post, then you know that I am working with the Musical Meditation Club at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) on my final project for my multimedia class. Over the past few weeks, I have been ideating, strategizing and producing content for the campus group. Now, I am ready to share these exciting new pieces with you!
Producing the Club's Website 🔗🌸💻🏄
Task #2 📋: Create one to two multimedia assets.
Since my last post, a handful of work has been going on behind the scenes. For instance, I worked with the club leaders to create the first official CSULB Musical Meditation Club website. The website seamlessly brings together all of the club's resources in one centralized location. It is easy to use, user-friendly and beach-themed. You can check out the website here.

Publishing the Student-Run Blog 🧑🎓📓✍️🎒
Task #3 📋: Create one to two multimedia assets.
After the website was published, I started drafting pieces for the club blog. The idea for the blog is to write helpful articles that members can refer back to at a later time. These articles are focused on stress relief, musical meditation, coping mechanism tips and reducing anxiety for college students in general. I wrote the first two installments of posts and created an idea list for the pieces to come. In the future, club members will have the opportunity to write for the blog and share their ideas with others. The blog is live and can be accessed here.
